Express Delivery for Priority Orders:
At present we do not offer a standard "Express Delivery". However, if you should need your purchase in a hurry, please contact us direct (see Contact Us).
If you wish to have your purchase delivered outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us direct so we can discuss your requirements with you.
Once the order has been processed you have the right to cancel the order up to the point of despatch, we recommend letting us know within 24hrs to ensure cancellation. Please send contact us with details of your order including the reference code. We will get back to you with 48hours to confirm the cancellation, any payments made by you will be refunded within 30 days.
If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, we will be happy to replace or refund the item. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in its original packaging and condition, together with proof of purchase and the return slip stating the reason why you are dissatisfied. The postage and packing charge is non-refundable. The goods remain your responsibility until they have been received by us. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you send it by recorded post and that adequate packaging is used. Seres Gifts Limited will not accept any responsibility for any consequential loss, damage or expenses however caused.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund earrings.

If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, then we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case we will call will inform you as soon as we can to and offer you a refund or suggest an alternative. All dates quote for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (Whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

While the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
